Climate, environmental and conservation psychology will be defined and discussed in relation to ecopsychology. The programme will look at tackling eco-anxiety and stress which is increasing due to the existential concerns about climate change and the planet. A positive psychology and cognitive behavioural approach will be highlighted.
Subject to weather conditions and technology, learners may be able to hold a skills practice session outside their property with other learners attending the programme (see important notice below). Although not essential, this will give learners experience of coaching or counselling outside of the practice room or offices.
